This Denver Colonial style home built in 1927 and located in the heart of Cherry Creek was in great need of a remodeled kitchen.
The original kitchen included a pantry that was removed and outdated cabinets (see below for photo).
Several new windows were installed with the intent that their style match the style of the home.
The homeowner went with a kitchen design that included traditional style custom cabinets and high end finishes including an exotic wood center island and marble countertops.
The backsplash alternates between traditional beadboard and tile set in a diamond pattern for interest. The floor was refinished and new lighting installed in order to complete the remodel.
Several other rooms in the home have also been remodeled by Michael and his team including the basement.
