Our team framed and enclosed an exterior patio to create an additional indoor space. Arched windows, new roof and new stucco were added to match the existing exterior of the home. In the interior of the space arched openings and a glass framed wall are feature elements which match the style of the house.

We used Michael Hodorowski, a Denver contractor, for our patio remodel. We had an outdoor patio with fireplace that we wanted to convert to a new usable family room that looked like an original part of our home – and Michael succeeded. The remodel turned out fabulous and better than we expected. Even our neighbors have complimented the remodel.
As far as Michael and his services – it was over the top. Michael was conscientious, punctual, talented and committed. We expected some type of “bump in the road” or delay to the project and it went off without a hitch. We had an extensive use of services: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall and stucco. All services and outside contractors did a great job. My father was a homebuilder of 30 years and was around plenty of constructions projects – none of them were as smooth as Michael and his services. If another project comes up, we will use Michael in a second.
